Hall Rental Information

If interested in renting the hall please fill out this Hall Rental Interest Form first and someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
The hall has a capacity for 140 people.
Hall rental rate is $175.00 per hour.
Setup and Breakdown is $75 per hour
Cleaning Charge is $125
Items Provided by AFC for an event:
- Ice
- Coffee/ Hot Water for Tea
- 8 Foot Rectangle Tables and Chairs- Seats 8 people per table
- White Plastic Table covering provided for you to cover tables (if you want to use your own covering that is OK)
Other Information regarding Hall Rentals:
- Ablility to use freezer and refrigerator
- Ability to use oven to keep food hot
- No Alcohol Allowed
- All guests need to be out of the hall by 10:00 pm
- We do not allow cooking by outside parties on the premises. Outside catering is allowed, however the food must be prepared elsewhere.
Event Booking & Payment Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of invoice receipt to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
- If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to release the date and make it available to other parties.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Fundraising Event Fee
- The standard fee to host a fundraising event in the hall is $750 for up to 5 hours, which includes cleaning services.
